This work is a response to the watershed of the Susquehanna, and the sacred connectivity of the world through water. A devotional work sited at the top of the watertable at Hyner View in Pennsylvania, where water (in the form of ice), salt and skin dissolve into the landscape and begin a slow journey home via Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Gulfstream. Autumn/Fall 2010. The work also responds to the work of Canadian Performance Artist Paul Couillard who's inspiration has infused an essentially improvised performance action.
