Cities are a constant source of fascination in my work, in particular the tracework of inscriptions which haunt the cityscape, creating the City as narrative. Interacting with the form of the City for me involves the application of a specific technology to that space as a stimulus.Technology may take the form of a medicine ball (Bound / Dwelling in the Interstices) or more pervasive mobile technology (Angels and Pins) but it is always technology as an extension of the body as a sensory machine absorbing the layers and fleeting moments of the everyday.
